The public catalog is for browsing and learning about services. To book and pay, sign in to the app, unlock with your MPIN, and use the dashboard — booking flows are available after you have an account.

Duration varies by package — from a 20-minute express wash to multi-hour detailing or ceramic coating. Each service card and detail view shows an estimated duration.

Selected packages and partner branches may offer pickup and drop-off. Availability depends on your location and the service you choose. Ask your branch when booking in the app.

Your wallet holds peso balance for workshop payments and transfers. You can view your balance and transaction history under Wallet in the dashboard.

From the dashboard, open Scan & Pay, show your QR code at the cashier, or scan a merchant QR when paying. Confirm the amount and enter your MPIN to complete the payment.

Yes. Payments require your MPIN after you unlock the app. Sessions use industry-standard authentication, and sensitive actions are protected on the server.

You earn loyalty points on qualifying services and bookings. Points are credited to your account after the workshop confirms the job. The points shown on each service are an estimate based on the service price.

Open your wallet or rewards section in the app, choose Redeem points, and follow the prompts. Redemption applies a points debit to your ledger — rewards catalog offers may expand over time.

Point expiry rules, if any, are shown in the app under Rewards or Terms. We recommend redeeming points regularly so you do not lose value on older balances.

Your MPIN is a 4-digit PIN used to unlock the app and authorize payments — similar to GCash. It is separate from your login password and is required after you sign in.

We send a one-time code by SMS to confirm your number before you set or change your MPIN. This helps protect your account and links your profile to a reachable contact number.

On the unlock screen, choose Forgot PIN and sign in again with your email or Google account. You will verify your mobile number with a new OTP and set a new MPIN. For security, this resets your local unlock state.

The app locks when you switch away or after a short period of inactivity. You will need to enter your MPIN again to access the dashboard and wallet.

Each member has a unique referral code on their profile. Share your code or referral link with friends. When they sign up and claim the referral, both of you may qualify for rewards according to the current promotion rules.

Sign in, open Profile, and look for your referral code card. You can copy the code and share it with friends. They can also open your referral link before registering.

For account, payment, or booking issues, reach out through the Help section in the app or email your branch contact listed on your service receipt. Include your registered email and a short description of the problem.

Check that your number is correct and has signal. Wait a minute and request a new code. If you are on a trial SMS provider, ensure your number is verified with the sender.

Pull to refresh your wallet or transactions screen. If the issue persists, contact support with the transaction date and amount so we can review your ledger on the backend.
